More than a tagline, at Redemptive Life Church, we embody "Love God. Love People." following Jesus's example of obedience to the Father and service to people.  Because we have been redeemed by the blood of the Lamb, we believe that there is no other way to live our lives.

  • Unconditional Love - At Redemptive Life, we believe in loving everyone we encounter, no matter their background, situation, mistakes, financial status, affiliations, or anything else.  Christ put no conditions on His love for us, and we strive daily to do the same!​

  • Integrity and Honesty - Pastor and Dr. Willis and the entire RLC leadership team believe in having full integrity and honesty in ministry and in all of our dealings.  Our leadership team is set up with checks, balances, and accountability.  It's time for the church to represent God with integrity, and RLC is here for it!​

  • Personal and Spiritual Growth - It is important to us that each and every person that is connected to RLC experiences ongoing personal and spiritual growth.  This includes maturing in every area of life: mentally, emotionally, financially, socially, and spiritually, to name a few.

  • Providing a Safe Environment for Emotional and Spiritual Healing - So many people, no matter how saved they are, have experienced hurt (including church hurt) and, in many cases, continue to struggle with the impacts of the mistreatment, abuse, slander, etc. that they've experienced. RLC strives to be a safe environment, a place of emotional and spiritual healing, and a haven for wholeness. We know that healing takes time, and we're willing to walk along with you as you make your way to the place of emotional and spiritual wholeness.​

  • Building Personal Connections Through Relationship - When you come to RLC week to week, we want to afford you the opportunity to not only connect with the Lord, but to also connect with others in the body of Christ. We believe in creating a framework for connecting with other believers, establishing relationships, and building mutually beneficial friendships and networks.​

  • Community Collaboration - RLC is committed to being a thriving contributor to the communities around us.  At the same time, we have no desire to re-invent the wheel!  We believe in partnering with other churches, ministries, and organizations to be a blessing in our community, and we're excited for the partnerships that we will build over time and the positive impacts we will make!  Collaboration > Competition!
